Brief

This beautiful home is located in Miami Beach and has been fully preserved. The interior design layout and complete restorative construction of the home blends contemporary architecture with a Mediterranean, natural look using Diana’s architectural expertise.

Every room in this Miami Beach house has a character designed to both complement and contrast each room. The wine cellar, for example, is decorated in luxurious shades of walnut and bronze shades, whereas the bathroom radiates femininity with its pinkishwhite walls combined with concrete tiles, walnut cabinets, dusty rose, and white statement lighting and custom-designed mirror.

Undertaking this project included arranging the basic layout of spaces within the building as well as developing an understanding of technical issues, such as acoustics, lighting, climate, etc. This type of design is very specific and personalized. Throughout the totality of the project, we worked from initial planning and remodeling of an existing structure down to each detail of the design and procurement process. Every space exudes a warm, cozy, and effortlessly chic décor within a contemporary, eclectic living space.

Among all the great features, we blended the art of design with the science of technology to create a one-of-a-kind. Additionally, we created a cozy, modern media room, a chic blue lounge, and a stone fireplace all within an open plan living area. We also designed and manufactured eclectic, unique pieces of furniture and chandeliers for this project.
